The Performance Awards program is a curriculum of performance material for dancers age 5 to professional.

AAB founder Mignon Furman created the program to fill the gap she saw between the studio and the stage. Furman's choreography guides dancers to simultaneously develop their technique, artistry, and stage presence. 

 The program is performed annually by thousands of dancers in over 18 countries.
